Strictly No. To maintain the highest OpSec standards, Drughub admins cannot reset accounts protected by PGP Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) or restore lost PIN codes.

Allowing resets would create a vulnerability for social engineering attacks where law enforcement or hackers impersonate users. If you have lost your private key or mnemonic recovery phrase, your funds and account history are permanently inaccessible. You must create a new account.

Automatic bans occur for the following reasons:

• Phishing: Sending links to fake market mirrors in PMs.
• Doxing: Revealing personal info of other users.
• Scamming: Vendors failing to ship verified orders.
• FE Abuse: Asking for Finalize Early without permission.

If you believe this is an error, check the "Dread" forum for ban appeals.

Do not panic. Deposits are not instant. The Drughub wallet system requires blockchain confirmation to prevent double-spend attacks.

• Bitcoin (BTC): Requires 2 confirmations (~20-40 minutes).
• Monero (XMR): Requires 10 confirmations (~20-30 minutes).

Common Issue: If you sent funds to an old deposit address generated weeks ago, the system might not recognize it automatically. Addresses rotate for privacy. Always generate a NEW address before every deposit. Open a ticket with your Transaction ID (TXID) if it takes longer than 6 hours.

Bitcoin is not anonymous; it is pseudonymous. Blockchain analysis firms (Chainalysis, Elliptic) can trace BTC from your exchange account directly to the market.

Monero is mandatory for specific vendors because it uses RingCT and Stealth Addresses to obfuscate the sender, receiver, and amount. Using XMR protects you from retroactive analysis if the market server is seized in the future.

WARNING: Never withdraw directly from a darknet market to a KYC (Know Your Customer) exchange like Coinbase, Binance, or Kraken. They will flag the transaction as "High Risk" and freeze your account.

Always withdraw to a personal, local wallet (e.g., Cake Wallet, Feather, Electrum) first. This creates a "hop" in the blockchain history.

The Auto-Finalize timer safeguards vendors. If a buyer receives a product but forgets to click "Finalize Order," the vendor would never get paid.

On Drughub, the standard timer is 14 days for domestic orders and 21 days for international. If you do not extend the timer or open a dispute before it hits 00:00:00, the funds are automatically released to the vendor. Once finalized, funds cannot be recovered.

Before disputing:

1. Check the vendor's T&C (Terms and Conditions) regarding shipping times.
2. Message the vendor to ask for updates or tracking (if applicable).
3. Request an "Escrow Extension" to give the package more time.

If the vendor ignores you or the time is critical, open a Dispute. A moderator will review the case. Do not finalize the order if you haven't received it, regardless of what the vendor says.

Finalize Early means releasing funds to the vendor before you receive the goods. This bypasses Escrow protection.

Only use FE with highly trusted, verified vendors who have "FE Enabled" status on their profile. If a new vendor demands FE in private messages, it is 99% likely a scam. Report them immediately. Drughub does not refund FE orders if the vendor exit scams.

To prevent spam and low-quality sellers, Drughub requires a non-refundable vendor bond. The current rate is $500 USD (payable in XMR/BTC). This bond is waived for established vendors who can prove reputation from other markets (Recon/Dread verification required).

We maintain a strict harm reduction policy. The following are banned:

• Fentanyl and its analogues.
• Weapons / Explosives.
• CP (Child Pornography) - Instant ban and report.
• Hitman services / Poisons.
• Russian/CIS data (Prohibited by site rules).
